An average two-car garage is $849. If we sell about $450 of your things, you get about $180 back, so your cleanout really costs about $670.

Good to know
Do I have to sell anything?
No. You pay the cleanout price either way. Selling is optional: point out what you’re fine parting with, and we’ll handle the rest.
Can you take things from inside the house too?
Yes. If you have furniture or other items in the house you’d like to sell, we can take those to the warehouse on the same visit.
Who sets the prices?
We do, based on what similar items sell for locally. Items get 60 days, with markdowns at day 21 and day 42 to keep things moving.
What if I change my mind about an item?
Pick it up from the warehouse, free, any time before it sells. If an item doesn’t sell in 60 days, you have 14 days to grab it before we donate it.
Do you ship things?
Never. Buyers pick up at our walk-up warehouse, so nothing gets lost in the mail.
